Haribo

So being a runner fuelled by Haribo we went over to McArthur Glen in Cannock for a shopping trip so just had to pop into the Haribo store to stock up on my sweets. I shall enjoy the delights but I don't think they will last a week!.
Talking of running I've now put on enough weight to start my journey back to running, Hopefully in the next few weeks I'll take the 1st steps back, I don't expect it to be easy but I'm determined to get back to 5k within a month.
