My PCR test comes back negative so I can return to Solihull hospital, Good Hope was on standby in case I returned a positive results.
Temperature was high but on the low side of what they worry about so I'm ok for treatment.
I decide to have this round of treatment In my right arm because my left is beginning to become sore, lumpy, tender to touch and can also cause vein damage due to the radiation.
I also ask about my diarrhoea because after 2 to 3 days it starts, This is mainly down to the Chemotherapy drugs, The mixture of anti sickness & other drugs doesn't help but I was advised to eat more marshmallows & Jelly Babies to help because of the gelatine content.
So this week I will mostly be eating Turkey, Marshmallows and Jelly Babies.
I should also add that I'm now at my highest weight since my operation 🙂 I'm currently hovering around the 11 stone 5 to 11 stone 6 mark. Higher than my racing weight but stronger enough to keep the doctors & dieticians happy, Need the weight on to carry on fighting this terrible disease.
